Do you ship to my country?
Unfortunately we can currently only ship within Australia
How can I find out the cost for shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping for all orders:
Orders over (AU) $100 will receive free shipping with the code FREESHIP100 * Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers or during sales
Australia standard shipping (AU) $10
New Zealand courier shipping (AU) N/A at this time
International courier shipping (AU) N/A at this time
International customers may incur customs fees and duties. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country for information on what these charges might be. Once your parcel has left Australia it is up to you to track the item.

When do I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 2-7 days depending on your location in Australia.
Overseas customers - shipping times are estimated between 4-28 days depending on your location. There can sometimes be a hold up in customs so please keep this in mind
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via any major credit card, Visa, Master Card, Amex or Apple Pay through our website. Unfortunately we do not accept Paypal or After Pay at this time.
Problems with your order?
Mister Fly takes pride in offering quality products to our customers, with each item being carefully checked prior to shipment.
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at twomums@misterfly.com.au within 30 days to organise a replacement/exchange or full refund. Only full price items are valid for a full refund. Your replacement item or refund will be processed within 7 business days.
